    Sales Process Management:

    • Develop and implement effective sales processes to optimize sales team performance.
    • Integrate cuttingedge technologies and automation tools into sales workflows to increase efficiency.
    • Evaluate current sales processes on a regular basis and identify areas for improvement.

    Goal Setting and Projections:

    • Collaborate with the CEO and sales team to set realistic yet ambitious sales goals.
    • Analyze performance results and market trends to make informed projections and adjust sales strategies accordingly.

    Sales Funnel Oversight:

    • Manage and oversee the entire sales funnel from lead generation to conversion, ensuring a streamlined and efficient process.
    • Select, implement, and manage sales automation tools to enhance productivity and accuracy in sales operations.

    Performance Measurement:

    • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for the sales team and monitor them closely to ensure targets are being met.
    • Focus on critical metrics that matter most for business growth and maintain a fast, reliable process for performance assessment.

    Team Collaboration:

    • Work closely with sales managers, sales executives, and other team members to foster a collaborative and supportive sales environment.
    • Provide guidance, training, and support to sales personnel, ensuring they have the necessary tools and knowledge to succeed
