    • Should exhibit Punctuality.
    • Should be able to follow instructions and take responsibility for actions.

    • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workload.
    • Ensure resource availability by proper workforce management and work plan creation.
    • Giving suggestions to higher management for smooth running / automating operations.
    • Multiple reports preparation and submission to the competent authority.
    • To maintain SLA as committed.
    • Work to improve CSAT.
    • Ability to cope with new technologies.
    • Monitor and escalate day-to-day operations.
    • To create, manage, and update the CMDB.
