    Description

    Job Responsibilities :

  • Establish and maintain project management standards, methodologies, and processes within the Strategy Department.
  • Lead the development and implementation of project plans for strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with overall organizational objectives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
  • Oversee the allocation of resources, budget management, and timeline adherence for strategic projects.
  • Implement robust project governance, including risk management, issue resolution, and performance tracking
  • Provide regular updates and reports on project progress to the Chief Strategy Officer and key stakeholders
  • Ensure effective communication and collaboration among project teams, fostering a culture of accountability and high performance.
  • Lead the evaluation and adoption of project management tools and technologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

    • Education Requirement :

  • Necessary: Minimum Masters degree in Project Management, Business Administration
  • Desired: Graduate Degree in any of the fields related to the development sector

    • Experience Requirement :

  • Necessary: Minimum 12-15 years of social sector experience
  • Desired: Experience of implementing large scale development projects
