    Job Description:

    Exp:4 years to 8years

    Location: Bangalore and Noida

    Working Hours: 2:00 PM to11:00 PM

    Required skills :

    • IT service management (ITSM)
    • Workflow Configuration
    • REST/API Integration
    • Client Script, Business Rules
    • Agile Development and Practices
    • CMDB

    · Previous ServiceNow implementation experience. ServiceNow Certified Administrator and/or Application Developer certificate(s) is big advantage.

    · Experience with other ITSM software (BMC, Landesk, Cherwell, Heat, Axios, HP, etc.).

    · System integration experience using web services and other web-based technologies such as XML, HTML, AJAX, CSS, HTTP, REST/SOAP

    · Knowledge of IT Service Management & Operations. ITIL Service Delivery processes and ITIL v3 or ITIL4 certifications is big advantage.

    Role and Responsibilities:

    · Configuration/Customization of the ServiceNow system including workflows

    · Uses scripting tools and Service Now functionality, create script to automate routine tasks being done in Service Now

    · Receives specifications from the IT department and delivers a product/release that meets the needs presented. Creates Requirements Definitions, and Technical Specifications Documentation

    · Contribute to ServiceNow Solution implementation, according to your role in a project, which could include such activities as: system configuration, development of custom features on client and server side, technical consulting, technical specifications preparation, testing support, rollout support and others.

    · Articulates technical concepts using easily understandable business language

    · Load, manipulate and maintain data between Service-now and other systems

    · Researches and deploys new releases and/or enhancements into the ServiceNow live environment

    · Performs System and integration testing with sample/live data with Support Services team

    · Maintains and support ServiceNow operational functions

    · Monitor health, usage and overall compliance of the application

    · Follow implementation standards and technical best practices.

    · Provide expertise on technical questions, related to ServiceNow platform.

    · Understand the business needs and the needs to standardize processes and build this into the design and deliverables.
