    Description

    About the Role:

    • We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ServiceNow developer with a strong focus on ITOM (IT Operations Management) applications to join our team.
    • You will play a key role in designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions for IT service discovery and mapping, contributing to a robust and efficient IT Expertise: You will leverage your indepth knowledge of ServiceNow ITOM to design, develop, and implement solutions for Discovery and Service Mapping applications.

    CMDB Management:

    You will maintain and optimize the Configuration Management Database (CMDB), ensuring adherence to OOB (Out-of-the-Box) class structure and Configuration State Data Model (CSDM) processes.


    Platform Proficiency:

    You will possess a strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform and utilize it effectively for building new applications, integrations, and enhancing existing Approach: You will actively participate in solution design for new requirements and integrations, offering recommendations and best practices to improve overall efficiency.


    Continuous Improvement:
    You will identify gaps in existing solutions, propose improvements, and actively work towards optimizing the ServiceNow environment.

    Mentorship and Guidance:
    You will share your expertise by mentoring and guiding team members, fostering knowledge transfer and collaboration.

    Experience in Large Organizations:
    Prior experience working in a large organization managing multiple Service Management tools is highly desirable.

    Communication and Collaboration:
    You will maintain excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to collaborate effectively across teams.


    Must-Have Qualifications:

    • Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in ServiceNow development.
    • Proven experience implementing ServiceNow ITOM, with a focus on Discovery and Service Mapping applications.
    • Certified in CIS Discovery and CIS Service Mapping.
    • ITIL certification preferred.
    • No prior experience in support roles is required. (Strict No on Support Background)
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

    Education:
    Any Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.


    Nice-to-Have Skills:

    • Good knowledge of CMDB and its associated processes, OOB class structure, and CSDM processes.
    • Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Javascript) used with ServiceNow.
    • Experience with API integrations.
    • Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).

    Joining Time:
    Open to candidates with immediate availability or a notice period of 0-30 days.


    Work Environment:
    Hybrid work model: 3 days in the office, 2 days remote.


    Company Exclusions:
    We are not currently considering candidates with prior experience at CISCO or AMAT.
