- Lead effective and efficient cross-functional interaction within the agency to deliver client success
- Prioritize and manage clients' expectations
- Ensure the strategic and creative excellence of team outputs in response to client briefs.
- Maximize team output and efficiencies through coordinating team workflow, with responsibility for all teamwork in progress. Effectively delegate to team members and manage team workload.
- Be actively involved in new business efforts from qualifying opportunities to leading pitch teams.
- Monitoring the success of campaigns
- Route and oversee strategic and creative processes, allocate and assign creative resources, and coordinate with data, strategy social and creative teams
- Tracking every media purchase, and overall account performance to meet revenue targets.
- Maintaining a detailed awareness of relevant market trends affecting their accounts, and developments in the wider advertising and communications industry.
- 10+ years in client services/account management in an advertising agency, marketing company, or client-side marketing department with a strong working knowledge of Online and offline creative development, Digital Marketing, Multichannel/Integrated Marketing, Campaign management
- A solid understanding of the dynamic interactive marketing industry (and the ability to "connect the dots" across channels and touchpoint
- An exceptional work ethic and the willingness to go above and beyond to get the job done while maintaining a supportive, empowering, and positive attitude
- Direct experience with PPC, SEO, display/programmatic, social media advertising, marketing automation, and email campaign strategy and execution.
- Has a proven track record of account management experience and/or team/department leadership experience with experience managing a team
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- In-depth understanding of online marketing tools and social media platforms
