    Project description

    We are looking for a sport leader coach for our store. It's located in Ahmedabad, near CG Road. The store was opened in 2020, it's our mall store in Ahmedabad, 1100 square meters.

    The new leader will have a really good challenge in 2024. We expect a turnover of 50cr and an increase in our basket from 2200 rupees to 2500 rupees and an increase in the number of customers from the area 15-25 minutes from the store.

    Responsibilities / Missions :

  • Define and implement this project with the team you lead. Together, you meet the challenges you have set for yourself.
  • Your playing field allows you to put your skills to work in the service of sport
  • You are the coach/leader of the team, you have managerial responsibility for the team: recruitment, career management, training and skills development, and planning.
  • Ensure the well-being of each team member.
  • Define and lead the sales project for your department: management of your product range, shelf space, stocks, and sales drive. You play as a team: the whole team is an ambassador for our products
  • You are responsible for your operating account and are the real pilot of your activity. You will develop and manage your resources independently to achieve your objectives.
    • You will work as a team with the shop leader who will manage you, and you will benefit from a training plan to help you succeed in all your missions.
