Notice Period :
Immediate to 15 days.

Responsibilities :

Develop comprehensive ServiceNow strategies, architectures, and frameworks aligned with business objectives.
Lead the design and implementation of ServiceNow solutions, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and standards.
Provide technical leadership and guidance to crossfunctional teams throughout the project lifecycle.
Conduct indepth analysis of client requirements, identifying opportunities for process optimization and automation within the ServiceNow platform.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with ServiceNow capabilities.
Evaluate emerging technologies and trends in ServiceNow and ITSM, recommending innovative solutions to enhance service delivery.
Mentor junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development within the ServiceNow ecosystem.

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Minimum of 8 years of experience in IT Service Management, with expertise in all modules.
Proven track record of architecting and implementing ServiceNow solutions in complex environments.
Deep technical knowledge of the ServiceNow platform, including but not limited to modules such as Incident Management, Change Management, and Service Catalog.
Strong understanding of the ITIL framework and ITIL certification preferred.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
Relevant certifications such as ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) are required.

Additional certifications such as TOGAF, COBIT, or PMP are a plus.
