Job Description :
Role Requires To Be A Hands-On Architect

This Technical Lead Will Be Responsible For Drafting Design Docs, Architecture, and Functional Requirement Specifications As Well.
This Lead/Senior Developer May Also Be Responsible For End-ToEnd ServiceNow Implementation Project And Own Project

Delivery Goals (Up To 50% Billable) :

This Technical Lead Will Leverage Knowledge And Experience To Deliver End-To-End Automated Solutions Which Includes Technical
Implementation Of IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Processes, Workflow Customization, Ticketing, Process Automation, Report Development, Dashboard Creation, And System Configurations.
This Role Will Be Required To Organize And Prioritize The Development Teams Efforts, Interface With Clients And Management, Work With Client To Access Current State Processes And Tools And
Provide Expert-Level Support And Technical Mentoring To Internal And External Stakeholders.
Solid Hands-On Experience And Knowledge Of ServiceNow Configurations, Scripting, Integrations, And Table Structure
Oversee ServiceNow Scripting And Security Best Practices.
Other Duties As Required Under The ServiceNow Technology

Qualifications :

Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science,
Management Information Systems, Or Related Field
Overall, 57 Years IT Experience
Minimum 4 Years Leading Technical Teams With Increasingly Complex Projects In ServiceNow Technology.
Deep Understanding Of Project Management Phases, Agile Techniques, And Tools

Ability To Work Hand-In-Hand With Project Manager

ServiceNow Implementation Experience In Employee Center, ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, CSM, FSM & HRSD
ServiceNow App Engine, Custom Application And Mobile App Configuration Experience
