Description

About the internship:

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist in sourcing and screening candidates for different roles

2. Coordinate interview schedules and communication between candidates and hiring managers.

3. Maintain candidate databases and ensure data accuracy throughout the recruitment process.

4. Conduct audits of existing recruitment processes to identify areas for improvement.

5. Propose and implement automation solutions to streamline recruitment workflows.

6. Regularly monitor and assess the effectiveness of automation tools and processes.

7. Design and distribute candidate experience surveys to gather feedback.

8. Analyze survey results and identify trends or areas for improvement.

9. Collaborate with the recruitment team to implement initiatives to enhance the candidate experience.

10. Organize and coordinate walk-in recruitment events, including scheduling, venue setup, and candidate registration.

11. Communicate effectively with candidates regarding event details and follow-up procedures.

12. Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure smooth execution of walk-in drives.

13. Review and update job descriptions to ensure accuracy and alignment with current hiring needs.

14. Collaborate with hiring managers to incorporate any changes or updates to job descriptions.

15. Assist in updating the career page on the company website with current job openings and relevant information.

16. Create and distribute feedback forms to gather input from hiring managers, interviewers, and candidates.

17. Consolidate feedback and analyze trends to identify areas for improvement.

18. Implement changes based on feedback to optimize the recruitment process.
