- Work closely with crossfunctional teams including product, engineering, data science, and design to ensure alignment on marketing led growth initiatives.
- Collaborate with the product team to optimize user funnels, enhance user experience, and increase conversion rates.
- Analyze and optimize the performance of various marketing channels including paid search, social media, email marketing, and content marketing to drive maximum ROI
- Conduct market research, analyze user insights, and leverage datadriven approaches to identify growth opportunities and improve marketing performance.
- Manage a team of growth marketers and provide mentorship and guidance to help them achieve their goals
- Manage both B2B & B2C marketing for Shine.
- Manage endtoend execution of marketing campaigns, including campaign planning, creative development, targeting, and performance tracking
- Implement A/B testing and other optimization tactics to continuously improve campaign effectiveness and ROI.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track campaign performance, identify trends, and generate actionable insights for ongoing optimization.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in growth marketing to maintain a competitive edge.
- Collaborate with the content team to create compelling content that resonates with our target audience
- Prepare regular reports and presentations to communicate marketing performance, insights, and recommendations to key Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. (Tier 1 or B. Tech from Tier 1 colleges)
- 6 to 8 years of proven experience in Marketing with a focus on user acquisition and retention (Working with Founders will be a plus)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, analyze trends, and derive actionable insights.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
- Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and experimentation in marketing strategies.
- Experience with agile methodologies and growth hacking techniques is a plus.
