    JobDescription:
    Weare seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer to join our teamremotely at Company Name.

    As a ServiceNow Developer you will play acrucial role in designing developing and implementing solutions onthe ServiceNow platform to support our clients IT servicemanagementneeds.


    Responsibilities:
    Develop customize and configure solutions on the ServiceNowplatform to meet business requirements.
    Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translatethem into technical solutions. Design andimplement ServiceNow workflows forms and scripts using JavaScriptHTML and CSS. Integrate ServiceNow withthirdparty systems and applications using REST APIs and webservices. Provide ServiceNow administrationsupport including user management access control and systemconfigurations. Implement and customize ITSMprocesses such as Incident Management Problem Management and ChangeManagement. Develop and maintain ServiceNowreports dashboards and analytics to monitor system performance andservice levels. Stay updated with the latestServiceNow releases features and best practices to continuouslyimprove system capabilities. Participate inproject planning estimation and prioritization activities to ensuretimely delivery of solutions. Providetechnical guidance and support to junior developers and teammembers.


    Requirements:
    Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or a relatedfield. Experience in ServiceNow developmentand administration with a strong understanding of the ServiceNowplatform and its capabilities. Proficiencyin JavaScript HTML and CSS for ServiceNow customization andscripting. Handson experience withServiceNow integrations including REST APIs and webservices. Knowledge of IT Service Management(ITSM) processes and best practices.
    Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills with the ability totroubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
    Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability tocollaborate effectively with team members andstakeholders. Ability to work independentlyand manage priorities in a remote workenvironment.


    PreferredQualifications:
    ServiceNow certification(s) such as Certified Application Developer(CAD) or Certified System Administrator(CSA). Experience with ServiceNowOrchestration Discovery and Service Mapping.
    Familiarity with Agile developmentmethodologies. Knowledge of other scriptinglanguages such as Python orPowerShell.
