- Preparing offers for purchasing a property and sending it for signing.
- Preparing listing agreements and uploading the listing for sale or lease for sellers/landlords.
- Preparing documentations related to a deal and making sure all deal related documents are
- Entering the deal in lonewolf (the accounting and deal management software) and needs to learn in its functionalities
- Bachelors/ Masters degree in any relevant field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Previous experience working with CRM tools preferred.
- Excellent communicator in English (and speaking Punjabi, Gujarati and any other regional
- Experience within the real estate industry would be an asset.
