- Supervise and enhance the client onboarding process to handle rapid growth efficiently.
- Consistently assess and improve service delivery quality by implementing best practices.
- Guide, mentor, and cultivate a dynamic team, promoting a culture of excellence and innovation.
- Provide direct oversight to assistant managers and team members, ensuring alignment with our growth targets.
- CPA or CA certification, with significant experience in accounting and financial advisory services, preferably from a Big 10 firm.
- Minimum of 5 years of successful experience in account management, preferably in an accounting or financial services setting.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on professional client service.
- A track record of nurturing and expanding client relationships, with proficiency in managing a portfolio of 25-30 clients.
- Proficiency in utilizing account management software and tools.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and provide strategic insights.
- Prior experience as a financial controller or in a similar leadership position is advantageous.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with a background in managing high-performing teams.
- Proven sales expertise and experience in recognizing and seizing business opportunities.
- A thorough understanding of accounting principles and practices.
