    Description
    The Head of this function will need to provide leadership for resource fulfilment activities on Client


    engagements across all resource channels to ensure that project and staffing needs are consistently met and that revenue & profit are maximized.

    RMWP lead will need to develop and maintain resource capacity levels that meet current & future business demand, financial, strategy, talent and skilling objectives of the organisation.

    Productivity

    Delivery Related KRA


    • Support Resource Capacity and Capability Development
    • Capacity planning. Resource manager needs to make sure that their organization's resources have enough capacity to deliver upcoming projects/engagement.
    • Supporting project managers in ongoing resource management efforts.
    • Resource planning and allocation.
    • Resource Management will be responsible for managing complete staffing needs/ fulfilment for the client account. Ensure fulfilment for Accounts by working on options within the available pool, roll offs, proactive hiring.
    • Assigning people to projects based on their skills, previous experience, availability, or project budget.
    • Design, Optimise and Maintain Delivery Pyramid
    Sales and Revenue Related KRA


    • Aligning Resource Availability to Sales Forecast
    • Aligning Sales Demand to Resource Supply/Constraint and Delivery Capacity
    • Provision Resource for New and Replacement Demand
    • Proactive Hiring for supporting new bids
    Recruitment Related KRA


    • Talent Supply Chain Management
    • Sourcing Channel Development & Optimisation
    • Recruitment Vendor Relationship Management
    • Recruitment Capacity Planning
    L&D Related KRA


    • L&D Strategy, Execution and Enablement -Develop and implement an organization wide Learning & Development strategy that facilitates and drives individual development and capacity building in line with institutional requirements
    • Integrating L&D into Resource Planning & Management
    Experience: 15-20 years
