    National Business Head

    Vertical: K-12 Business

    Qualification: MBA from top-tier institute

    Experience: 12+ years

    Job Description

    The main goal of being the National Business Head is to oversee the entire product life cycle within schools, which includes sales, operations, partner engagement, and retention.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Sales planning and execution
    • Management of customer relationships
    • Achieving top-line and bottom-line targets as per Annual Operating Plan
    • Recruitment and leadership of the team

    Scope of work:

    • Developing and executing sales strategies that align with the overall business goals to boost revenue growth and expand the market
    • Ensuring retention of schools and value
    • Introducing new product offerings
    • Hiring, training, motivating, and leading a highly efficient sales and operations team
    • Managing budgets and expenses
    • Conducting reports and analyses

    Skills and Qualities:

    • At least 12 years of experience in sales and operations, with a minimum of 5 years in the K-12 education sector
    • Extensive background in advancing growth and implementing educational products in school environments
    • Proficient in managing key accounts and cultivating long-lasting relationships with schools
    • Strong exposure to business development and sales, possessing solid sales and negotiation abilities
    • Experience in team management
    • Ability to collaborate with diverse teams
    • Willingness to travel within the designated Territory/ zone
