    Description

    Responsibilities

    • Vendor Database Finalization for RM and Engineering Products.
    • Review of Vendor Master Database in ERP on Quarterly basis as per Audit Requirement
    • Planning and Coordination with EPCM and project at RFQ Stage
    • Discussion and Expediting of Commercial Offer
    • Negotiation of price and Commercial terms with vendor
    • SOP compliance & implementation
    • Audit Compliance Reports submission and query resolution
    • Overall Management of PR-PO cycle within project timeline and as per SOP compliance.
    • QCS ,Internal Costing , PO terms , Payment Requestion review and inputs as per Contractual finalization
    • Budget tracking and updating to Finance and Planning team if not-inline with overall budget/exceeding/ individual RFQ budget not considered
    • Discussion and conducting meeting with stake holder as per DOA for QCS sign off.
    • LD Settlements , Project Closure and Final Settlement of the Vendor

    Deliverables:

    • Strong domain knowledge of industry | market, its segments and geographies
    • Understanding of market trends and linkage with business strategies
    • Ability analyze, design strategy and propose recommendations with logic and possible impact
