Description

Responsibilities:

Manage customer relationship and solve customer queries;
Providing product training on the app to the new customers;
Data driven and targeted approach to business development;
Motivating the existing customer to increase his credit bandwidth;
Recruitment / Staffing;
Helping the customer understand the advance technologies of the product as and when any update is done;
Ensuring timely disbursement of credit to the supplier in sync with the invoices raised on the app;
Working closely with cross functional teams which must aim and direct at supporting the sales of the product;
Fresher / Trainee / Entry Level;
Produce Expense and revenue reports monthly and quarterly;
Collecting business data as required and submit periodical business trackers to the supervisor;
Must be responsible for presentations, white papers and case studies;
Conducting meetings, seminars, arranging workshops and stalls for promoting our product;
Providing daily feedback to the management;
Attending meetings, expos and sales events.
