    Qualification -- Graduate / Postgraduate in Management or similar relevant qualifications

    Experience -- 2+ years (4+ years for Sales Manager)

    Product Exposure -- SME / Working Capital / Supply Chain Finance / Retailer finance

FlexiPayment is building "State of the Art" integrated SCF platform with end-to-end capabilities from on-boarding to underwriting and portfolio management. FlexiPayment is part of reputed acceleration program – "Infinity" – sponsored by AWS, Chiratae Ventures and PayU.

    Role Description

    This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive / SalesManager located in Mumbai. The candidate will be responsible for day-to-day sales operations, including building and maintaining relationships with clients, generating leads, meeting sales targets, and providing excellent customer service. The Sales Manager will also collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales strategies and participate in business development activities.

    Key Job Responsibilities:

    • Sales of Supply Chain Finance products - Sales Invoice Discounting / Purchase Invoice discounting
    • Generating Lead Funnel through different modes including – Calling, Meetings etc on daily basis.
    • Setting up of distribution network and building a demand funnel in line with organization strategy, including -Preparation and implementation of Channel Development. Implement robust due diligence mechanism for background verification of channel partners before empanelment.
    • Developing channel partners for leads and business acquisiton.
    • Responsible for achieving the budgeted Balance Sheet and P&L numbers including AUM, Fee Income and Cross Sell Revenue with due control over cost to income ratio.

    Other responsibilities:

    • Keep abreast of new trends and best practices in the Supply Chain finance & Fintech landscape.
    • Take the initiative in thought leadership, innovation and creativity.
    • Jointly responsible for maintaining portfolio quality and portfolio composition in line with Policy.

    Key skills requirement:

    • In-depth product knowledge of Working Capital finance & Trade Finance. Sound knowledge of Business Lending eco-system in fintech environment.
    • Graduate / Postgraduate in Management or similar relevant qualifications – with work experience of minimum 2 years in Supply Chain Finance domain.
    • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
    • Proactive problem solver with attention to details.
