    Description

    Role and Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets. Ability to create monthly, quarterly, and annual plans for achieving targets.
    • Lead a team of sales professionals, providing mentorship, guidance, and support to ensure their success in achieving individual and team sales targets.
    • Seasoned entrepreneur/ ability to drive the PnL management experience in a fastpaced highgrowth setup.
    • Be responsible for achieving sales targets by working with a talented bunch of people.
    • We are a fastestgrowing startup with projects completed) and expect all our employees to be flexible, action and resultoriented selfstarters with strong data analysis skills.
    • Local marketing initiatives, identifying expansion opportunities, and scaling up the Business.
    • Brand management in the area and providing exceptional customer experience.
    Required skills and Expertise

    • Bachelors/Masters degree from Tier 1 colleges.
    • A seasoned sales veteran with experience in P&L management with a successful track record in sales/channel management in B2C and B2B segments.
    • 5+ years of experience in highpaced, highpressure startup.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and should be a quick learner with people management skills.
    • You should be a resultoriented, self–starter, proactive, strong motivator, collaborative, and focused on team cohesion.
    • You should possess strong networking & relationshipbuilding skills.
    • Local Language Proficiency is preferred.
