    Role Description

    This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager at McKinsol Technologies Pvt. Ltd. located in Noida. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and creating new business opportunities in the Retail, Fashion, and CPG domains globally. We are a premium SAP Partner and have launched multiple products based on Gen AI and AI. BDM will develop markets for us globally although primarily for USA (we have positions focusing to each continent) and maintain relationships with clients, understand their needs, and present appropriate solutions. The Business Development Manager will also collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful execution of projects.

    Qualifications

    • Experience in business development, sales, or related roles in SAP space (MUST).
    • Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, SAP BTP and related technologies
    • Domain expertise in Retail, Fashion, CPG, Life Science or Manufacturing (nice to have at least one)
    • Strong networking and relationship-building skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to identify and understand client needs
    • Proven track record of achieving sales targets
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration or related field
    • Decent packages based on base salary and sales incentives in addition to variable pay components.
    • Night shift for USA given the time difference, for Europe its UK shift
