    Role Summary:

    Are you ready to play a crucial role as a Relationship Manager at Tabbdoc Aircraft? Your focus will be on fostering and strengthening relationships with key stakeholders such as travel agents, event management firms, production houses, and potential clients. Your duties include client engagement, business growth, CRM software utilization, client visitation, networking, reporting, and team collaboration.

    Key Responsibilities:

    - Client Meetings: Conduct client visits and maintain relationships. Travel readiness required with personal laptop. Travel allowances provided based on distance.

    - Client Engagement and Relationship Building: Arrange meetings with travel agents, event firms, and potential clients. Cultivate relationships to enhance loyalty and satisfaction, serving as the primary contact.

    - Business Development and Collaboration: Identify partnership prospects and propose services. Negotiate agreements, pricing, and conditions for partnerships.

    - CRM Software Utilization: Aid clients in navigating Tabbdoc Aircraft's CRM platform. Ensure smooth integration and adoption of the software.

    - Client Retention and Satisfaction: Proactively engage with clients for feedback and issue resolution. Deploy retention strategies to boost client satisfaction.

    - Networking and Industry Engagement: Represent the company at industry gatherings. Establish a robust network of contacts and referral sources.

    - Reporting and Analysis: Maintain accurate client records. Analyze feedback and data for trends and growth opportunities.

    - Collaboration and Teamwork: Work closely with cross-functional teams. Provide insights to enhance client relationships.
