    JobDescription: As a Relationship ManagerHigh Net Worth (HNW) at Bank you will be responsible for managingand nurturing relationships with our high net worth clients. Youwill work closely with affluent individuals to understand theirfinancial goals and provide personalized wealth managementsolutions. This role requires a deep understanding of financialproducts strong communication skills and a proactive approach toclient engagement.

    KeyResponsibilities:

    1.Develop and maintain relationships with high net worthclients to understand their financial objectives risk tolerance andinvestment preferences.

    2.Provide tailored financial advice and wealth managementsolutions to meet clients' individual needs andobjectives.

    3. Act as atrusted advisor offering guidance on investment opportunities assetallocation and portfolio managementstrategies.

    4.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamlessexecution of client transactions and services including bankinginvestment and wealth planning solutions.

    5. Stay updated on market trends regulatorychanges and industry developments to provide informed advice andrecommendations to clients.

    6.Drive revenue growth through effective crossselling andupselling of banking and investment products andservices.

    Qualifications andExperience:

    1.Bachelor's degree in Finance BusinessAdministration Economics or related field.

    2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in wealthmanagement private banking or related financial services role witha proven track record of managing high net worthclients.

    3. Strongunderstanding of financial products and services including mutualfunds equities bonds alternative investments and wealth planningsolutions.

    4. Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills with the ability to buildrapport and trust with clients.

    5.Professional certifications such as CFP CFA or MBA inFinance will be an added advantage.

    6. Proactive attitude selfmotivated and drivento deliver exceptional customer service and achieve businesstargets.
