- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, interviewing candidates, and making job offers.
- Develop and implement onboarding programs to ensure new hires are integrated smoothly into the company.
- Handle employee relations matters, including resolving conflicts and conducting investigations as necessary.
- Administer performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and development plans.
- Identify training and development needs and coordinate the delivery of training programs.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, including maintaining employee records and handling HR-related documentation.

Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Capital Generalist to join our team at DCS Group. As a Human Capital Generalist, you will play a key role in managing the human resources activities of the company. This includes recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and compliance with employment laws. You will be responsible for ensuring that our company attracts, retains, and develops the best talent to support our growth and success.

Checking the necessity and posting job.
Selecting resumes and arranging for interviews.
Sturucturing CTC for selected candidates and negotiating and releasing the offer letter/s.
Developing KPI and KPA documents.
Understanding company and management and structuring the job roles and resposibilities accordingly.
Developing budget for human capital expenses and getting approvals.
Onboarding and giving induction to the team onboarded.
Structuring policies and making sure they are being implemented .
Employee safety and good working conditions.
Taking inputs from reporting managers and structuring bonus and variable pay accordingly.
Acting as an anchor between management and employees.
Providing training to employees - sexual harrasment, policies and skill training.
Retaining employees.
Monitoring all employees work , weeknesses and strengths.
Structuring benefit policies and making sure they are implemented and employees are benfited by it.
Handling employee complaints and concerns.
Making salary register and giving necessary details to accounts and finance team.
