Technical Expertise: Strong technical knowledge of audio visualproducts and systems is
essential for effectivelyselling luxury AV products. This includes understanding audioand
video technologies signal processing displaytechnologies connectivity standards (e.g.
HDMIDisplayPort) and control systems. Candidates with certifications ortraining in AV
technology (e.g. Certified TechnologySpecialist CTS) may have an advantage.

1. Product Knowledge: Youmust deeply understand the luxury AV products offered
byyour brand. This includes knowledge of product featuresspecifications performance
capabilities and competitiveadvantages. Your expertise allows you to effectively
communicate the value proposition of the products to potentialcustomers.
2. Customer Consultation:As a technical sales professional you often serve as atrusted
advisor to customers helping them understand howyour products can meet their specific
needs andrequirements. This involves engaging in consultative salesconversations asking
