    Job Overview

    We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team at Urban Living. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and provide exceptional service to ensure their satisfaction. This is a full-time position based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India, and requires 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • Previous experience as a Customer Service Representative or in a similar role (1-3 years)
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Ability to empathize with customers and provide appropriate solutions
    • Strong phone etiquette and active listening skills
    • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
    • Proficient in data entry and CRM software
    • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
    • Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team
    • Knowledge of real estate industry and terminology is a plus

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls to address inquiries or resolve issues
    • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information to customers regarding products, services, and inquiries
    • Process orders, forms, applications, and requests in a timely manner
    • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies to ensure consistent customer service
    • Assist customers with troubleshooting and technical support
    • Document customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system
    • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication
    • Identify and escalate priority issues or unresolved customer concerns to the appropriate team
    • Achieve and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer service processes and enhance the overall customer experience
