    CoinSwitch breaks down the complexities in Crypto, empowering the everyday Indian to make informed investment decisions on a simple and trusted platform. When we started up, Crypto was a field reserved for specialists. Today, over 18 million users trust CoinSwitch to learn, purchase and invest in Crypto. That makes us India's largest crypto app.

    On CoinSwitch, users can invest in Crypto with a few simple taps, either as a one-time purchase or in regular intervals through an SIP. But simplicity is not a substitute for informed decisions. A CoinSwitch user spends 27 minutes on our app—to learn about Crypto and Web3 through our educational content and understand the market sentiments through CRE8, the Crypto Rupee Index.

    But we are just getting started. CoinSwitch not only plans to double down on making Crypto accessible to everyone but is on track to become the one-stop wealth-tech destination for every Indian.

    About the role :

    As a Manager in Growth, you will play a pivotal role in understanding user behavior, analyzing trends, and developing strategic initiatives to drive user growth and engagement. Your responsibilities will encompass a range of tasks, from developing innovative growth hacks to collaborating with cross-functional teams for successful product launches.

    What you will do :

    • Should be able to understand the user behavior and product deeply to suggest strategic changes in our offerings or product functionality
    • Develop innovative growth hacks to drive user growth and engagement via all channels and marketing programs
    • Create and execute playbook for introducing users to new and existing features and offerings through in-app communications, campaigns other key-communication opportunities, and thereby drive retention, engagement
    • Understand the various components and drivers of growth, along with trends (such as traffic, conversion, user engagement, and repeat behavior) and create actionable programs leading to user growth
    • Analyze user journeys to provide actionable insights and recommendations followed by quick experimentation via A|B testing routes on traffic/funnel enhancement to derive immediate impact on KPIs
    • Brainstorm with different teams on how to improve the funnel at various stage - acquisition, engagement, retention and reactivation
    • Work closely with a range of cross-functional teams—product, customer success, design, and content-to fuel product adoption, develop go-to-market strategy and drive launches for our products
    • Should be able to flex with business needs: copywriting, optimizing onboarding conversions, content strategies, email/push, distribution activities
    • Analyze and present reports to multiple stakeholders

    What you should have :

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
    • Proven experience in growth marketing, user acquisition, or a related field.
    • Strong analytical and data-driven mindset.
    • Experience with A/B testing and data analysis tools.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
    • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
    • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
    • Copywriting and content creation skills are a plus.
