We're seeking a proactive and results-oriented Growth Manager to drive user acquisition, retention, and revenue growth for our platform.
Responsibilities:
User Acquisition:
Develop and execute strategies to drive user acquisition through targeted marketing campaigns, partnerships, and community outreach initiatives.
Conversion Optimization:
Optimize conversion funnels and user onboarding processes to maximize user acquisition efficiency and improve conversion rates.
Retention Strategies:
Implement retention strategies to increase user engagement and loyalty, including personalized messaging, rewards programs, and in-game events.
Monetization Optimization:
Identify opportunities to optimize monetization strategies, including in-game purchases, NFT sales, and subscription models, to maximize revenue generation.
Data Analysis:
Utilize data analytics tools to analyze user behavior, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and identify insights to inform growth strategies and decision-making.
Market Research:
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify growth opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
Partnership Development:
Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with influencers, content creators, gaming communities, and industry stakeholders to expand our user base and drive growth.
Product Feedback Loop:
Act as the voice of the user within the company, collecting feedback and insights to inform product development priorities and improvements.
Performance Tracking:
Monitor and report on the performance of growth initiatives, providing regular updates and insights to the leadership team on progress towards growth goals.
Experimentation and Optimization:
Conduct A/B tests, experiments, and iterative improvements to optimize growth strategies and tactics based on data-driven insights.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or related field.
Proven experience (3+ years) in growth marketing, user acquisition, or digital marketing, preferably within the gaming or tech industry.
Deep understanding of Web3 technology, blockchain, and cryptocurrency.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
Experience with marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel, etc.) and A/B testing platforms.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with product, engineering, and marketing teams.
Creative mindset with a passion for experimenting, iterating, and optimizing growth strategies.
Results-oriented with a track record of driving measurable growth and achieving KPI targets.
Self-starter with a proactive and entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic startup environment.
