    About Awani Farms:

    Technology driven processing company for cut/peeled/processed fruits and vegetables.

    Awani Farms is expanding its offerings with the introduction of Awani Foods, a brand focused on "Offering Time-Honoured, Nutrient-Rich foods in Modern Packaging for Today's Consumers".

    As a growth Manager at Awani Farms you will be responsible for driving the growth of Awani Foods primarily through online platforms and strategic offline channels. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in digital marketing, e-commerce, and brand expansion.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to increase online sales and brand visibility.
    • Optimize e-commerce platforms to enhance user experience and drive conversions.
    • Identify and forge strategic partnerships with online retailers, influencers, and relevant brands.
    • Strategically select and manage offline channels such as retail partnerships and specialty stores.
    • Set up processes for logistics, including inventory management, shipping, and delivery to ensure timely and efficient order fulfillment
    • Utilize data analytics to track KPIs and gather insights for informed decision-making.
    • Contribute to building a strong brand identity through storytelling and content marketing.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's or Masters degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred.
    • Proven experience of at least 2 years in growth management roles.
    • Strong understanding of online marketing channels and tactics.
    • Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools.
    • Demonstrated ability to think strategically and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
