- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in a growth-focused role, preferably in the tech or education technology industry.
- The ability to support US timings (occasionally) is a must.
- Proven track record of driving user growth and engagement.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset.
- Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager).

Role Overview:
As a Growth Manager focused on the U.S. market, you will play a pivotal role in driving our user acquisition, engagement, and retention strategies from India.
