Join our team, to promote our new app - Unacademy: Learn a language, in the U.S. The App helps learners master new languages through its engaging and immersive learning experience. As we prepare to scale our user base in the U.S. market, we are seeking a dynamic Growth Manager to spearhead our growth initiatives and help us reach new heights.

    Position Details:

    Location: Bengaluru

    Duration: 6 months (extendable on the basis of performance)

    Note: We are looking for an immediate starter.

    Role Overview:

    As a Growth Manager focused on the U.S. market, you will play a pivotal role in driving our user acquisition, engagement, and retention strategies from India. You will work closely with our content, marketing, product, and analytics teams to design and execute growth initiatives tailored to the U.S. audience. Your innovative approaches and deep understanding of the market will be crucial in scaling our user base and enhancing our brand presence in the U.S.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Design and execute innovative social media campaigns, with a specific focus on platforms popular in the U.S. market such as TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook, to drive app downloads and user engagement.
    • Run and optimize performance marketing campaigns across a variety of channels (e.g., PPC, email marketing, SEO/SEM) to ensure cost-effective user acquisition.
    • Collaborate with content creators to develop engaging, app-related content that resonates with our target audience.
    • Hunt and onboard influencers and language learning enthusiasts who align with our brand values, to amplify our reach and credibility on platforms like YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok.
    • Leverage influencer partnerships to create buzz and increase brand visibility in the U.S. market.
    • Conduct thorough market research to understand the latest trends, consumer behaviors, and competitive landscape in the U.S. language learning sector and identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
    • Develop and implement comprehensive growth strategies focused on user acquisition, engagement, and retention for the U.S. market.
    • Work closely with the product team to relay user feedback and market insights, ensuring the app's offerings are continuously optimized for the U.S. market.
    • Regularly report on campaign performance, user growth metrics, and other key performance indicators (KPIs), using these insights to inform future growth strategies.
    • Stay abreast of the latest growth hacking techniques and digital marketing trends.
    • Initiate new GTM activities that help in acquiring new users within the cost and retention constraints.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
    • 3+ years of experience in a growth-focused role, preferably in the tech or education technology industry.
    • The ability to support US timings (occasionally) is a must.
    • Proven track record of driving user growth and engagement.
    • Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset.
    • Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager).
    • Excellent communication and project management skills.
    • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
    • Deep understanding of the U.S. market and consumer behavior.
    • Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
