    Description

    Business Development Head - Machine Tools and Tooling's

    Purpose of the Role :

    1. Oversee marketing of machine tools and tooling's through India.
    2. Responsible for order booking of machine tools and tooling's.
    3. Responsible for order execution – selling of machine tools and tooling's domestically.

    Responsibility and Accountability:

    1. Strategies and ensure the process of marketing through email, telephone call and field visits for retention of existing Customers and identification of new Customers / segments.
    2. Arrange for joint Customer visits together with Principals whenever required"
    3. Strategise and ensure the process of digital promotion for wider market reach of Products
    4. Strategise for time to time exhibition participation and arrange required approvals
    5. Strategies for Input collection from lead & feasibility assessment
    6. Strategies' for Quote submission, Guide team on negotiation & order finalization
    7. Ensure the process of PO receipt from Customers and share with Principals
    8. Ensure the process of arranging the OA/PI to Customers from Principals
    9. Ensure the process of follow up on payment and dispatch
    10. Ensure the process of guidance / support to Customers in importing and product receipt
    11. Ensure the process of commissioning follow up and commission billing
    12. Ensure the process of PO receipt & acceptance of order to Customer
    13. Ensure the process of supply from stock / Import and supply, Ensure timely remittance to Principals for supplied products
    14. Guide engineers for application support to Customers
    15. Ensure on time payment collection from Customers
