Qualifications:Bachelors degree in business administration marketing real estateor a related field; MBA preferred. 510 yearsof progressive experience in business development management with aproven track record of driving revenue growth and managingdecentralized teams preferably in the real estate or hospitalityindustry. Strong understanding of revenuemanagement principles lead management strategies and sales pipelineoptimization techniques. Excellentleadership communication and interpersonal skills with the abilityto inspire motivate and mentor team members to achieve their fullpotential. Proficiency in using CRM softwaredata analytics tools and other relevant technologies to trackanalyze and report on business performance.
Strategic thinker with a resultsoriented mindset capable ofidentifying opportunities solving complex problems and makingdatadriven decisions. Ability to thrive in afastpaced dynamic environment and adapt quickly to changingpriorities and market conditions.
