Role DescriptionThe Business Development & Account Manager - Domestic Staffing role involves developing and maintaining key customer accounts in the domestic staffing sector.
Working closely with clients, the Manager will ensure the best fit for candidates and clients, by understanding both parties' requirements.
The ultimate goal of this role is to ensure the clients' satisfaction while delivering guidance/growth to the associate team members.
QualificationsBachelor's degree in human resources, marketing, or related field8 years of experience in account management and business development, preferably in the domestic staffing sectorDemonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationshipsProven track record of successful business development in a similar roleExpertise in the staffing process, from identifying potential candidates to hiring decisions and onboarding processesExperience in managing a team and providing leadership to junior associatesStrong organizational and communication skills, with exceptional attention to detailAbility to work independently as well as in a team-oriented, collaborative environmentExcellent problem-solving, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills
