    Job Description :

    • Serve as a JIRA / Confluence administrator, subject matter expert and evangelist.
    • Maintain a dedicated Atlassian JIRA / Confluence Cloud instance.
    • Design and maintain custom projects, workflows, schemes, screens, and field configurations.
    • Manage user permissions and project roles for JIRA, Confluence, and other tools.
    • Work directly with crossfunctional agile teams to understand their specific JIRA needs and provide guidance and solutions.
    • Perform routine audits of access lists and perform security tests to ensure restrictions are in place.
    • Create and manage custom JQL filters and dashboards as needed.
    • Train with JIRA Admin peers to learn program procedures and best practices.
    • Troubleshoot, identify, and resolve JIRA issues reported by endusers.
    • Recommend, test, install, and configure JIRA plugins and addons as needed.
    • Develop training for groups of JIRA users and conduct classes on a regular basis.
    • Perform bulk changes and CSV imports.
    • Perform routine audits of the database to ensure consistent field usage and accurate reporting; work with teams to resolve inconsistencies.
    • Drive improvements to Confluence by reorganizing and archiving spaces and pages.
    • Develop processes and improvements around tools administration.
    • Coordinate with JIRA Admin peers and crossfunctional agile teams to provide JIRA guidance, suggestions and solutions as needed.
    • Audit, improve and automate processes and workflows as needed.
    • Support JIRA Admin peers with application, system, issue, and project configuration support as needed.
    • Support JIRA Admin peers by designing and maintaining custom projects, workflows, schemes, screens and field configurations as needed.
    • Oncall JIRA / Confluence support as needed, including nights and weekends.
