Job Overview

As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of junior recruiters and managing the recruitment process for our clients. This role requires 1 to 3 years of experience in the recruitment industry and will be based in Gurgaon, Haryana, India. The position is full-time and offers a competitive salary.

Qualifications and Skills

1 to 3 years of experience in the recruitment industry, preferably in a team lead role
Strong understanding of the end-to-end recruitment process
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to effectively manage a team and meet targets
Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools
Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in recruitment
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage and lead a team of junior recruiters
Oversee the entire recruitment process for assigned clients
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies
Ensure the team meets recruitment targets and KPIs
Screen and shortlist resumes, conduct interviews, and make hiring decisions
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates
Provide guidance and support to team members, including training and mentoring
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in recruitment
