    About Pazcare:

    Pazcare is India's leading Employee benefits & Insurtech platform for employers. We are solving the problem for the 1 million employers and 100 million employees in managing their health insurance, term life and more comprehensive health benefits through technology. Currently growing at over 100% month-on-month, we have on boarded over 300 customers like GoMechanic, Goodera, Avail Finance, Mindtickle, Bookmyshow etc.

    In our pursuit of redefining Employee Benefits & insurance for India, we are backed by venture funds and famous entrepreneurs like Ashish Hemrajani (CEO, Bookmyshow), Haresh Chawla (Founding CEO, Network18) and other marquee investors.

    Experience:

    • At least 1 - 2 years of experience in Sales/Business Development, interfacing with SME or Enterprise clients.

    Roles & Responsibilities:

    • Preparing sales pitches and relevant collateral
    • Doing a thorough mapping of potential clients and effectively prioritizing them and then charting the sales strategy/approach
    • Building strong interpersonal relationships with key client decision-makers (middle/senior management)
    • Making effective sales presentations based on the identified needs of the prospects and handling negotiations effectively
    • Manage complex sales situations in acquiring new clients and up-sell/ cross-sell to existing ones
    • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
    • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
    • Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
    • Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
    • Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations
    • Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
    • Collaborate with team members to achieve better results

    Who should apply for these roles?

    • You have a relevant post graduate degree
    • You have sound business acumen and are persistent in spotting the right leads, following up and converting them to successful clients
    • You have built and maintained relationships with key clients, which have delivered significant impact in your current/previous firms
    • You have immaculate selling skills and can deliver the most effective targeted pitches
    • You can coordinate with teams - both internal and external, and deliver successful outcomes
