    The Generative AI Accelerator team at Fractal build products and accelerators to meet client needs in a accelerator manner. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Engagement Managers to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with our existing customers, as well as identifying and closing new business opportunities.

    Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure their satisfaction and retention.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of our products and services.
  • Understand customer needs and provide feedback to the product team to help drive product development.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and other key performance indicators.
  • Desired Profile

  • At least 3 years of experience in account/engagement management or sales in the tech industry.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong understanding of the tech industry and our products.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Behavioral Skills for the Role

  • Very strong problem-solving skills, and quantitative/analytical thinking capabilities
  • Consultative problem-solving approach, customer orientation, and strong collaboration skills
  • Willing to work in a highly demanding and result-oriented team environment
  • Excellent communication skills; able to grasp and communicate complex ideas clearly
  • Ability to translate data and information into actionable insights and business recommendations
  • Education

    B.E/B.Tech/M.Tech in Computer Science or related technical degree OR Equivalent
