    Responsibilities

    Selected applicants' day-to-day responsibilities include:

    • Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies for over 6 accounts to increase followers, engagement, and conversions.
    • Create and curate engaging multimedia content across multiple social platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
    • Monitor, analyze, and report on performance on social media platforms using tools like Google Analytics and Facebook Insights to inform future strategies.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency in voice and messaging across all digital platforms.
    • Engage with followers and respond to queries in a timely manner to build a vibrant community.
    • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices and technologies.
    • Use social media marketing tools such as Buffer, Hootsuite, or Sprout Social.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
    • 2+ Years of proven work experience in social media management and digital marketing.
    • In-depth knowledge of all major social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.) and their analytics.
    • Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).
    • Strong content creation and writing skills, with an ability to produce creative content that engages target audiences.
