    Job Description

    Summary:

    To drive the commercial operations related the B2B branded genericsbusiness including, Operations, Supply Chain, external partner / stakeholder management,in assigned market to achieve the Sales KPIs. The key requirement of the role is to drivegrowth of the operating business year on year both organically and IL / OLinitiatives.

    To develop a network ofcontacts / associations in country of operation and also gather businesscritical insights which will facilitate the current year KPIs and also futuregrowth potential for Glenmark in the assigned geography.

    Job Responsibility:

  • Drive profitable growth YoY by outperforming in the country of operation
  • Identify key customers and connect with them to stay abreast of market realities
  • Establish and build Glenmark's branded Pharma business in the assigned markets; identify potential business development opportunities in the assigned markets
  • Ensure smooth demand planning; forecasting and inventory management in order to avoid gaps between supply & demand
  • Identify time to time the business risks owing to regulatory challenges & drive the regulatory stakeholders to initiate necessary actions
  • Keep track of the changing regulatory guidelines that could impact both positively and negatively to the growth of business in the country

    • Education:

    Bachelors in Science / Pharmacy; Masters Degree in Marketing / InternationalBusiness would be preferred

    Experience:

    Minimum 4 years in a similar role. Candidates with experience in Asia Pacific region will be preferred.
