    Job Title: International Sales Specialist (Night Shift)

    Location: Hyderabad

    Shift Time: 9PM - 6AM

    working Days: 6 Days

    Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated International Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for outbound cold calling to prospective clients in international markets, with a focus on B2B sales processes. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong sales acumen, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. The position involves working night shifts with a six-day workweek.

    Responsibilities:

    • Outbound Cold Calling:
    • Initiate outbound calls to potential clients in international markets.
    • Engage prospects in meaningful conversations to understand their needs and pitch our products/services effectively.
    • Drive lead generation and qualification through proactive outreach efforts.
    • B2B Sales Process:
    • Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to closing deals.
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with B2B clients.
    • Customize sales pitches and presentations to address the specific needs of each client.
    • Achieve Sales Targets:
    • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
    • Utilize sales strategies and techniques to maximize revenue generation.
    • Continuously identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our products/services.
    • Market Research and Analysis:
    • Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
    • Conduct market research to identify potential leads and new business opportunities.
    • Provide feedback to the sales and marketing teams based on market insights.
    • CRM Management:
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities in the CRM system.
    • Track progress, update client information, and generate reports as required.
    • Ensure data integrity and compliance with company policies and procedures.
    • Collaboration and Communication:
    • Work closely with the sales team, marketing team, and other departments to achieve common goals.
    • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to coordinate sales efforts and resolve customer issues.
    • Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions.

    Qualifications:

    • Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar role, preferably in an international B2B sales environment.
    • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
    • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Proficiency in cold calling techniques and outbound sales processes.
    • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
    • Willingness to work night shifts with a six-day workweek.
