Description
Job title - Senior Manager Accounts
Reports to - Chief Finance Officer
Job Purpose
We are looking to hire an experienced CA. The CA is expected to be detail-oriented, knowledgeable in accounts, and have strong problem-solving skills. The job requires tomanage the complete accounting of the organization on Zoho books along with tax compliances with a team of 3-5 employees.
Duties and Responsibility
· Manage the company's financial accounting, monitoring, and reporting systems on Zoho books
· Responsible for timely invoicing and collection from customers.
· Responsible for both account payables and receivables.
· Provide financial insight and analysis to drive the business performance of the organization.
· Manage and mentor team for delivering excellence and do more in their personal and professional domain.
· Ensuring direct and indirect tax compliance's of the organization. This includes GST
returns, income tax and TDS calculations.
Qualification:
1. Qualified CA
2. 3-5 years of work experience in Finance & Accounts domain.
Required Skills:
1. Strong quantitative and analytic skills.
2. Able to manage, guide and lead employees to ensure appropriate financial processes are being used.
3. A solid understanding of financial statistics and accounting principles.
4. Working knowledge of all statutory legislation and regulation.
