Job Title: Interior Site Supervisor
Location: Chennai, India
Salary: ₹15,000 per month
Job Summary:
As an Interior Site Supervisor, you will oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completion, reviewing the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs. You will ensure the project is completed on time and within its budget. This role demands a keen attention to detail and the ability to lead and communicate effectively with diverse teams.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management: Oversee and direct construction projects from start to finish within a time-bound schedule.
Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of construction workers, subcontractors, and laborers.
Quality Control: Ensure all work is carried out to specific standards, building codes, guidelines, and regulations.
Safety Compliance: Enforce strict safety guidelines and building codes.
Cost Management: Monitor project budgets and track expenditures, minimizing unnecessary costs.
Communication: Act as the point of contact for project stakeholders, including clients, architects, and other professionals.
Documentation: Maintain detailed and accurate project documentation and reports.
Problem Solving: Address and resolve issues that arise during construction effectively and efficiently.

Essential Qualifications:

Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or relevant field.
Proven working experience of 1-2 years as a site supervisor or a similar role in the construction or interior design industry.
