    Overview

    The SeniorMedical Sales Representative Area Sales Manager for Pain ManagementProducts is a crucial role within our organization responsible foroverseeing and driving sales of pain management pharmaceuticalproducts within a specified area. This position plays a key part indeveloping and implementing sales strategies to achieve revenuetargets and expanding market share. The individual will also betasked with building and maintaining relationships with healthcareprofessionals and key stakeholders.

    KeyResponsibilities

    • Develop and executestrategic sales plans to achieve sales targets for pain managementproducts
    • Build and maintain strongrelationships with healthcare professionals key opinion leaders anddecisionmakers
    • Identify and develop newbusiness opportunities to expand product reach and marketshare
    • Provide product education and training tohealthcare providers and staff
    • Participate intrade shows conferences and other marketing events to promote painmanagement products
    • Analyze market trendscompetition and customer needs to develop effective salesstrategies
    • Track and report sales performancemarket trends and customer feedback tomanagement
    • Collaborate with marketing and otherinternal teams to support product launches and promotionalactivities
    • Ensure compliance with industryregulations and company policies
    • Manage andmonitor sales budgets and expenses within the assignedarea
    • Travel within the assigned territory tomeet with clients attend events and conduct businessmeetings

    RequiredQualifications

    • Bachelors degree inBusiness Administration Marketing Life Sciences or relatedfield
    • Proven experience in pharmaceutical salesparticularly in pain managementproducts
    • Demonstrated track record of meetingand exceeding sales targets
    • Strongunderstanding of the healthcare industry and pharmaceuticalregulations
    • Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills
    • Ability to build andmaintain relationships with healthcare professionals and keystakeholders
    • Knowledge of sales strategiestechniques and principles
    • Proficiency inanalyzing market trends and competition
    • Abilityto travel frequently within the assignedterritory
    • Strong negotiation and presentationskills
    • Ability to work independently and aspart of a team
    • Valid drivers license and cleandriving record
    • Good understanding of CRMsoftware and Microsoft Office applications
    • Highlevel of accountability andorganization
    • Willingness to stay updated onindustry trends and productknowledge
