    Job Title: Sales Manager

    Location: Bandra West

    Req. Qualification: Graduate / Post Graduate

    Preferred Industry: Beauty, Cosmetics, Skincare

    Experience: 1-2 years

    Salary Budget: Rs. 30,000 to Rs. 50,000 per month

    Requirement:

    • Proven track record in sales and business development within the cosmetology industry
    • Strong knowledge of cosmetology products and services, including skincare, haircare, and beauty treatments
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships
    • Ability to understand client needs and recommend appropriate products or treatments
    • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to close sales and achieve revenue targets
    • Leadership qualities to manage a sales team and drive performance
    • Familiarity with CRM software and sales management tools
    • Creativity and innovation to develop marketing strategies and promotional campaigns

    Job description:

    • Develop and implement sales strategies to promote cosmetology products and services and achieve revenue targets
    • Identify and target new business opportunities to expand the client base and increase market share
    • Build and maintain relationships with existing clients through regular communication and personalized service
    • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences
    • Collaborate with marketing team to develop promotional campaigns, sales materials, and advertising strategies
    • Train and motivate sales team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service
    • Monitor sales performance and KPIs, analyze sales data, and prepare regular reports for management review
    • Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network with potential clients and stay updated on industry trends
    • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including pricing, invoicing, and contract management
    • Develop and implement sales strategies to promote cosmetology products and services and achieve revenue targets
    • Identify and target new business opportunities to expand the client base and increase market share
    • Build and maintain relationships with existing clients through regular communication and personalized service
