- Demonstrated ability to drive exponential pipeline growth within large enterprise accounts.
- Experience in consultative selling of Cybersecurity Services, primarily to Identity and access management, SOC, GRC Services, Security Transformation & Integration Services.
- Brings industry insights into customer engagements and helps to close deals with customers.
- Work with key Identity Cybersecurity partners (e.g., Ping Identity, SailPoint, CyberArk, ForgeRock, Saviynt, Beyond Trust, Okta, Thycotic) to drive complementary software resell and implementation services into key Enterprise and Commercial accounts in Canada region.
- Identify the opportunity to sell complementary TechDemocracy developed software solutions (e.g., Intellicta), that provide customers with holistic view of IT Risk Governance & Compliance/Audit and IT Risk Management.
- Able to work independently and proactively to grow own sales territory, leveraging the candidate's own rolodex of customer clients, demand generation leads from the company, and new sales opportunities.
- Operate as a self-starter and able to provide detailed and up to date forecasting and key sales performance metrics on the candidate's sales pipeline to senior management.
- Able to meet or exceed the assigned annual sales quota target.
- 10-15+ years of a consistent track record of employment within consultative Sales, direct field sales roles, especially experience with driving new customer logo wins and develop the region in the Enterprise IT space (software, services, cybersecurity).
- Extensive IT industry work experience, with preferred prior sales experience in the Identity Cybersecurity sector (IAM, IGA, PAM) as well as GRC.
- Experience and expertise with utilizing partners, channels, and alliances to sell more successfully and overachieve your quota.
- Prefer prior experience with partnering or working with leading Identity cybersecurity vendors like Ping Identity, Okta, SailPoint, CyberArk, etc. in the Identity IAM, IGA, PAM security segments.
- Demonstrated track record of meeting and overachieving on annual sales quota targets (100%).
- Able to work independently and resourcefully to generate new business in the territory. Demonstrated track record of developing customer accounts and growing YoY revenue into core accounts.
- Proven track record of successfully closing six-seven figure services deals.
- Experience in the "C" suite, strong executive presence and polish, and excellent listening skills.
