    Description

    We're on the lookout for an adept Learning and Development Manager with a minimum of 5 + years of experience in the IT landscape to spearhead our training initiatives. As a pivotal member of our team, you'll craft and execute training programs for our fresher recruits and existing employees. Your role will involve curating course materials, devising evaluations, and providing mentorship to drive our technical programs forward. If you're passionate about empowering talent and possess a wealth of experience in IT training, we want to hear from you.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Strategic Training Program Development:

    Formulate comprehensive training blueprints tailored to match our requirements.

    Ensure all training endeavours are laser-focused on our organizational objectives and industry benchmarks.

    • Resource Management Mastery:

    Harness the expertise of L& D specialists and interns to execute training plans with precision.

    Navigate the allocation of resources, from training materials to software requisites, with finesse.

    • Creative Content Curation:

    Elevate our training arsenal by meticulously reviewing and refreshing existing course materials to maintain relevance and accuracy.

    Infuse creativity into our training repertoire by crafting engaging materials, spanning presentations, tutorials, videos, and interactive modules.

    • Evaluation Expertise:

    Establish robust evaluation frameworks and assessments to gauge the efficiency of our training initiatives.

    Engineer tests and practical assignments to gauge participant comprehension and skill advancement.

    • Mentorship and Technical Guidance:

    Cultivate a culture of learning and growth by offering unwavering mentorship and guidance throughout our training programs.

    Foster dynamic technical dialogues, facilitate code reviews, and spearhead knowledge-sharing endeavours to foster an environment of continuous improvement.

    • Technical Prowess:

    Showcase your prowess in the IT domain, boasting fluency in programming languages, software development methodologies, IT infrastructure, and cybersecurity.

    Qualifications:

    • A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a cognate discipline.
    • A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in orchestrating IT training and development initiatives.
    • A proven track record of sculpting and executing impactful training programs for IT professionals.
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal finesse.
    • Demonstrated proficiency in leadership and team management.
    • Adeptness at navigating fast-paced, dynamic work environments.
    • Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) is advantageous.
