- Reporting to the Chief Business Officer, as the Head of Digital Business, you will be responsible for leading and expanding our digital advertising business, with a focus on being a full-funnel solution partner for clients involved in awareness, consideration, and performance campaigns.
- Client Solutioning: Understand client businesses thoroughly and improve the RoI of their marketing investment.
- Planning: Develop and implement best practices for digital media campaigns.
- Campaign Management: Supervise and review campaigns to ensure the delivery of KPIs.
- Innovation: Conceptualize and implement innovative solutions using the latest technology.
- Tool Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance growth marketing processes and tools.
- Client Engagement: Collaborate with client marketing teams to pitch digital marketing solutions.
- Team Management: Ensure deliverables are on track by working closely with team members.
- Business Delivery: Achieve business targets by closely monitoring and reviewing the pipeline.
- Plan Reviews: Share and execute best-in-class plan pitches to meet client campaign objectives.
- Partner Engagement: Build relationships with key digital platforms such as Google, Meta, and others.
- Experience: 8 years in digital media planning and buying, with expertise in biddable/programmatic platforms.
- Team Leadership: Demonstrated experience in managing teams and high proficiency in running digital performance campaigns.
- Communication & Analytical Skills: Strong communication skills and analytical insights.
- Digital Media Mastery: Deep knowledge of integrated digital media and the latest innovations.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Proven ability to lead strategic discussions with senior client stakeholders.
- Innovative Thinking: Self-motivated, creative, and solution-focused.
- Process Expertise: Proficiency in setting up scalable processes.
- Professional Degree: Minimum BTech/BBM/BBA, ideally MBA/Master; Preferred: certifications in Digital Marketing courses.
