Are you energized by a marketing leadership role that leverages the latest in consumer insights and analytics to accelerate brand impact? If so, this Channel Shopper Marketing Manager role could be an exciting opportunity to explore.
As a Channel Shopper Marketing Manager, this is a crucial role spanning across all Ecommerce customers. Key responsibility of this role is to own, manage and build relationships with customers (key accounts) and help deliver Haleon business objectives on these platforms. This role would be responsible for driving sales of Haleon portfolio on different customers (online platforms). Would be the POC for entire external customer management and would liaison with internal teams on driving customer business partnership.
This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career.
These responsibilities include some of the following:
Customer Management
Develop and manage sales strategy for each of the designated account customers. Develop strategy for acquiring new customers and propose business solutions beneficial for both, Haleon and customer in meeting business objectives.
Negotiation
Negotiating trade terms, trade funding and developing promotion strategy for each customer. Own, plan and execute overall category investments for the customer with support from shopper marketing and performance marketing teams.
Customer Business Planning
Lead and execute Joint Business Planning together with the customer in line with both organization & customer objectives. Generate insights for customer/channel to drive assortment, pricing opportunities etc. Preparing volume forecasts & plans. Deliver and exceed on growth, revenue and market share objectives.
Amazon account handling is a mandate.
Minimum Experience Required
6 Years in ecommerce / FMCG industry handling account management
