    Marketing / Advertising / Public Relations
    Description

    Full-Time Salary Offered: 3L-4.8L per annum

    Internship Stipend: 5k-10k per month | 2 months

    Responsibilities:

    • Identify and develop new business opportunities with brands, focusing on creating valuable partnerships.
    • Engage directly with founders, marketing heads, and decision-makers to understand their needs and pitch relevant media production solutions.
    • Prepare and present customized proposals and plans that meet client objectives.
    • Maintain a robust pipeline of prospects and take ownership of the sales process from initial contact through to closing deals.
    • Collaborate with the production and creative teams to ensure proposed projects are feasible and aligned with client expectations.
    • Attend industry events, conferences, and networking gatherings to build and maintain professional relationships.

    Skills and Qualifications:

    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect and engage with individuals at all levels.
    • Demonstrated ability to pitch and negotiate effectively.
    • Creative thinker with the ability to devise innovative solutions that meet client needs.
    • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and a commitment to achieving sales targets.
    • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
