    Key responsibilities:


    • Reporting directly to the chairman of the company.
    • Coordinate executive communications and prepare materials for meetings, presentations, and other events, ensuring attention to detail.
    • Manage the CEO's calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements with ease.
    • Prepare internal and external corporate documents for team members and industry partners.
    • Manage special projects and initiatives with precision, meeting deadlines and exceeding expectations.
    • Embody the highest standards of professionalism, integrity, and discretion in all aspects of your work.
